Support group meetings in March – Ontario and Nova Scotia

Support groups provide a warm and caring environment for you to get help in dealing with the day-to-day stress of being at risk of anaphylaxis, or having a child who is at risk. Plus, it’s a great way to keep up-to-date on any new developments in the food allergy community.

Each month, we’re going to shine a spotlight on a support group from across the country so you can learn more about their experiences. This month, you can read about Carla’s experiences. Carla is a support group leader in Montreal and she talks about what it’s like to be in a support group.
